As part of our level two qualification we are required to take part 30 hours worth of work experience in these sessions we will focus customer care in preparation for being job ready.

Week 1

Week 1

 Today setting up a new blog has been really frustrating with having problems logging in and creating it, but at the end when it was all done and logged into it was easy to use. I now have a new way of  recording information in commercial lessons. Some of the main focus's in our treatments will be customer care and retail and sales. We will be offering promotions to increase the turn over during our work experience. I am very happy with how I have started my blog on my own with a little bit of help needed to get me started.
